I am so glad you are here! Let me share a little bit about my background, experience, expertise and passion!

Through my years of experience in healthcare , over 20 years in healthcare management and over 10 of those years in clinical practice  as a registered nurse and  family nurse practitioner, I realized that my life's purpose and mission is to help support others who are struggling with making and sustaining healthy lifestyle changes that will ultimately lead to living fulfilled lives. 

​

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, trained through the Mayo Clinic and the Nutritious Life Program . In addition, I am certified in complete decongestive therapy (CDT) and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and I have advanced MLD training in post operative procedures- primarily cosmetic (breast augmentation, liposuction, BBLs).  ​​
